Micro-business base scope (micro-sow-v1)
This annex defines the scope for the micro-business base items of the EraNative price catalogue era-2026-10-27-v4.3 (EUR, excluding tax). The items selected at order time, the catalogue version and the digest (hash) of this text are fixed on the order. Seller: SMARTEDTECH SL.
Scope limit
One company, 1 location, up to 2 departments, 1 target market, 1 brand; 1–9 employees. Exceeding this limit requires a separate proposal; amounts are never multiplied by headcount.

Base delivery is 6 weeks plus an optional 2 weeks; durations of parallel items are not added together. Delays in content, access or approvals move the schedule.
Agents and AI usage
Agents are not human staff, separate licences or unlimited operations. Monthly model-call quota: Marketing & PR, 2,000 in total for the 3 agents; care agent, 500. When a quota is reached, work waits or an additional budget is requested; nothing extra is charged without approval. External publishing, ad spend and significant changes require human approval.
Hosting measures
One production and one staging environment; 10 GB application data; 100 GB traffic per month; first response within 4 business hours for a critical outage. RPO 24 hours and RTO 8 hours are targets, not guarantees, until a restore drill has been completed.
Start and billing
One-time items are billed at order; care from go-live acceptance; social media management and Marketing & PR operations monthly from the approved service start. Tax and the monthly start date are shown before payment.
Exclusions
Advertising budget, third-party licences (including SET Labs platforms), variable AI consumption, redesign, major new features, native store apps, unlimited integrations. These are added by a separate proposal or tariff line.
Price changes
Price changes are made through a new catalogue version; existing subscriptions are not repriced automatically.
